The Blueprint Community Initiative was created by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and is supported in West Virginia by WV Community Development Hub. The designation means community stakeholders in Meadow River Valley will take part in one year of training to develop a strategic plan for the community and ten years of continued training and funding connections during implementation of the plan. Our Blueprint Communities Team is currently focusing on redevelopment of the former Rupert Elementary School in Rupert, WV.
